Made-to-Order Policy
All WhollyLikeJesus apparel is made to order through our trusted fulfillment partner, Printify.
Each shirt is printed just for you once your order is placed — this helps us reduce waste and keep our products aligned with good stewardship values.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size selection
 - Change of mind
 - General dissatisfaction with style or color
 
Please be sure to check the size guide on each product page before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We will always make it right if there’s an issue with your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [your support email].
Include:
- Your order number
 - A photo showing the issue
 - A brief description of the problem
 
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed.
After that, production begins and we cannot cancel or change the order.
Shipping Delays or Lost Orders
If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please reach out to us.
We’ll work with Printify to track your order and find a fair resolution.
